The cara strap is manufactured from strong, highly durable nylon material which is then double stitched with reinforced stitching and tested to a certain weight standard.

The carabiner fitting, or simply cara fitting is not designed to withstand any heavy weights. And is not designed for rock climbing applications at all. Please do not rely on this carabiner to carry any heavy machinery or equipment and is primarily designed to hang keys and small devices only.
