How Is It Used?

Medical personnel can simply tap the tag with a NFC enabled phone or tablet device. Otherwise they can visit the URL on the tag and input a 6-8 digit code which brings up all of your personal information including next of kin, age, contacts etc. NFC technology is not required to use Health ID, First response personnel can access your info by visiting a website address on their phone or tablet and typing in your ID.

Can It Be Printed?

Yes. This item can be printed in single colour screen or pad print. And full CMYK digital colour / photographic print. We can also, if requested print both sides of the item including the adhesive reverse side for use on car windows and clear glass or acrylic panels.

What Size Does This Come In?

Standard item size is: 88 x 54mm. However we can produce this item in any size you require. We can also cut these tags to any shape, including simple shapes like oval, circle, rectangle, square and even more complex shapes including special cutting to the shape of your logo or emblem.

How Does The NFC Tag Attach?

Heavy duty adhesive backing sticks to most surfaces (surface cleaning required for proper adhesion)

If you can complete a simple online form, you can set up your very own NFC tag. The online form guides you through the entire setup process. Date of Birth is not required - but only Year of Birth is required (to show your age). No contact addresses are required - In an emergency phone contacts are all thats required. Your own address is not required - If required this can be acquired from your contacts.
